Description : Good News to all those helpless borrowers who are victimised by the misuse of the SARFAESI Act by the Bankers. This portal is focussed to help and support all those borrowers especially the Small and Medium Enterprises who are \'most-preferred\' during the good times by the Bankers for want of successful projects and later during difficult times of the entrepreneur push them to NPA status and subsequently terminate as a hindrance to their progress. The purpose of the Legislation is to ensure more liquidity to the Banks and not to liquidate the viable enterprise.
And because of the misuse of the Securitisation Act by the Banker, the borrower is pushed into catastrophic calamity socially and economically, and he with lack of proper advice lands up in multiplicity of litigation and hardship with no respite. We do have excellent advocates in our country but those who are practising before the Debt Recovery Tribunals do not have any idea of Industrial Finance or their role in national economy. Hence it is time for the borrower to peruse his case on his own with interest and should suggest the advocate to steer the case in the required methods guided by us. More so over, if the aggrieved borrower is capable enough he can also prosecute his case \'in person\' and agitate his grievances in the appropriate forums after having empowered with the relevant Acts and Laws
